Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years of age to use CloutPacks. By using the platform you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@cloutpacks.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.

Each Celebrity Starter Pack costs $25.00 USD. When you purchase a pack you receive one randomly selected digital collectible card. Pull probabilities for each card are disclosed on the Probability page and are weighted as stated.

All pack sales are final. Because each pack is opened and its contents revealed immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds on opened packs. If a technical error prevents your card from being delivered, contact us and we will investigate and remedy the issue.

CloutPacks guarantees to repurchase any card at 100% of its listed Fair Market Value (FMV) at any time, subject to the card remaining in your vault (unshipped). You may sell a card back instantly via the platform for its FMV, which is credited to your CloutPacks balance.

FMV values are set by CloutPacks and may be updated periodically. The FMV displayed at the time of your card pull is locked in for that card.

Your CloutPacks balance is a stored-value credit redeemable for pack purchases or cashouts via Stripe Connect. Balances are not FDIC insured and do not accrue interest.

Cashouts require connecting a bank account via Stripe Connect. Minimum cashout is $10.00. Payouts typically arrive within 2 business days. We reserve the right to delay payouts pending fraud review.

We do not charge fees on cashouts, but your bank or Stripe may apply standard transfer fees.

Vaulted cards may be requested for physical shipment to a verified address. Once a physical shipment is requested, the card will be removed from your digital vault. Shipping times vary. CloutPacks is not liable for carrier delays or lost packages once a tracking number is issued.

All card artwork, design, branding, and content on CloutPacks is owned by or licensed to CloutPacks. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your CloutPacks account and digital cards are non-transferable and may not be sold or traded outside the platform.

You agree not to: (a) use bots or automated tools to purchase packs; (b) attempt to manipulate pull outcomes; (c) create multiple accounts to abuse promotions; (d) use the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose; (e) reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

CloutPacks is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Digital collectibles have no guaranteed resale value outside of our buyback program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloutPacks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of CloutPacks after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
